 "description": "<DIV STYLE=\"text-align:Left;\"><DIV><DIV><P STYLE=\"font-size:12pt\"><SPAN>ZoningConsolidatedEPC is a consolidated polygon feature class representing zoning information for El Paso County, CO, including unincorporated El Paso County and incorporated municipalities within the County. The dataset combines zoning data from multiple jurisdictional sources into a common schema while preserving the original zoning polygon geometry, zoning code, zoning description, source jurisdiction, and source information.<\/SPAN><\/P><P STYLE=\"font-size:12pt\"><SPAN>Original jurisdiction-specific zoning classifications are retained in the Zoning_Orig and ZoningOrig_Desc fields. The ZoneCategoryID and ZoneCategory fields provide a generalized zoning classification that standardizes differing jurisdictional zoning designations into common categories for countywide mapping, analysis, and reporting.<\/SPAN><\/P><P STYLE=\"font-size:12pt\"><SPAN>The dataset is intended primarily to support PPROEM GIS applications.
